Hummus

1 can chick peas drained and rinsed
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. roasted minced garlic
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. paprika
Smidge red pepper
1 tsp. pink himalayan salt

Place all ingredients in high speed blender (I use the blendtec twister jar) and blend until smooth.
